Aglaonema just got checked.
This looks most consistent with an Aglaonema getting too much direct sun from the window, causing leaf scorch and droop. The long stem and leaning growth suggest it has been stretching toward light, and the browned, crispy leaves fit sun/heat damage more than disease. The affected leaves will not turn green again, but the plant can recover if new growth is protected from direct sun.
Reduce direct sun exposure
Move it to bright indirect light, a little back from the window or behind a sheer curtain. Remove only fully crisp dead leaves if they are unsightly. Water thoroughly only when the top layer of soil dries, and make sure excess water can drain away.
Also possible, but less likely
What would prove it
Watch new growth, not old damage
The damaged leaves should be treated as permanent scorch. Look for healthier new leaves and slower drying of the pot after moving it out of direct sun. If new leaves keep browning, then reassess watering and temperature near the window.
